Fairysprings Doctors and nurses are amazing the front desk ladies however are a big let down for the company. Especially the 2 ladies, one in red dyed hair and the young looking receptionist with blond stripes, both incompetent and rude

Ive been seeing Dave for 18 years he is awesome. This rating however is for the admin staff. When you answer the phone say hello introduce your self and how can you help. Be polite and watch your tone of voice when speaking to people over the phone. I only asked one question where is Central Health and get the Did you not hear me the first time? I heard you alright just done know where Central Health is. The Admin lady goes you know where Central Pharmacey is? I say yes Admin no goodbye just hangs up Rude Fairy Springs medical Admin plain and simple

I asked to swap doctors but couldn't. Then the doctor said I don't have time for you right now like we only get 10 minutes and thats it screw if im sick And one the with receptionist with dyed red hair is sooo rude the customer service is real bad

This place was so rude and could not help me with anything even though I was in pain. Couldn’t even prescribe me panadol and the stupid receptionist on the phone laughed at me when I did not understand her as it was my first time dealing with them. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN
