Appalling customer service. Previous to this experience i had always had a great experience with this place but upon calling today the rotorua branch manager was rude, interrupted me, defensive and passed my details on without my consent honestly so disappointment

I'm sure they are very good, unfortunately I was not able to experience it myself. We went here on a Saturday around noon after reading on Google that they were open. We were so happy because they seemed to be the only one open. But upon arrival we discovered that they were not. Everything worked out though, the chip in our rental car window turned out to be an existing damage so in the end it was lucky for us they were closed

We were travelling through Rotorua in a rented RV and got a rock through the windshield on the highway. The team went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss out on any of our booked tourist opportunities. And we kept up with our itinerary and made the Wellington-Picton ferry on time. Staff workedare wonderful. They worked hard into the night and had us back on the road in a jif. Thank you so much for all of your help.
