I have used this company for over 10 years and have always found them to be professional and provide APlus friendly service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for cleaning, carpet repairs, stain removal or drying from flooding.
Excellent service from the lady at reception. I took a rug in to get cleaned and could not fault her service. Many other businesses in Rotorua could learn a lot from her customer service.

Highly recommend this company for cleaning carpets here in Rotorua. My Dad is 91 and organised it and the carpets have come up nice and clean. They hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The operator moved all the furniture for Dad and set up blowers to dry the carpets. He came back at the end of the day for the blowers and put all the furniture back. You'd be silly not to get this company to do your carpets here. Dad was happy with the price.
