In Dec we were moving house, I redirected our mail. An elderly family member sent the kids xmas prezzys to the old address on the 16 dec apparently redirections do not cover parcels, that wasnt the bad part! Lady on the front counter told me to go ask the new tenants for them back! Also have had normal letters sent after the redirection was in plce that still went to the old address but NZ post cannot explain why.

My urgent parcel is stuck at this depot been already 6 working days (from Auckland) to deliver to an address around the corner from this depot in Rotorua. I've rung many times saying yes we'll make it urgent and on tracking they are saying the business I am sending to is close but it's 100% open. NZ post is one of the worst services in NZ!
Rung and was told they would be open boxing day. Went to pick up my parcel and they are closed for two weeks... poor planning and information on NZ Post Waterford street. Not impressed
I'm so annoyed that the parcel we're waiting for isnt home yet , it comes from Palmerston North 5hr travel and yet it goes May 4, until now May 27, it didn't arrived yet. Nz post mailed saying under investigation, someone will updated. No one did updated the whereabouts of my missing parcel, this is a toy and socks for my child. Yet its not here yet. Can anyone update us please of the whereabouts of a parcel? Thank you
Rude staff member who was really unhelpful. I asked a simple question about prepaid postage bags not courier bags. Instead of saying “no sorry we don’t have those here” or offering an alternative, she proceeded to speak to me like I was an idiot and told me to go elsewhere. Real awful attitude!
Love doing my business here. All the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable compares to other post office in Rotorua which always confused me with unclear informations and unfriendliness.
