Aue, taukiri e... Te kura takawaenga o Kaitao Rotohokahoka had the privilege to attend the Raukura Production Team's performance of Saturday Night Fever this morning. What an array of talent - singers, dancers, choreographers, musicians, technicians and if I have not mentioned already, YOU TOO! The Team should feel strengthened by your full performance for us. The lead male, the lead female, the lead dancers, the lead singer, the choir, the cast, the whole entity - you were all 'he tino miharo!!!' Your team brought vision to our students as to what their future has the potential to look like at high school. He mihi nui tenei ki a koutou katoa. Thank you - thank you - thank you:) If you have the opportunity to purchase tickets for their shows, I would encourage you to do so. These rangatahi are incredible. Mauriora.

I attended this establishment when I was first 12 years old, when it was still a boys’ and girls’ school, and, must I say, since I’ve been back (for my grandson’s graduation), shit’s just gone downhill. I mean, when I was leaving there was a scrap(it was pretty cool to watch, might I add), and I couldn’t get a WiFi signal for my sweet new Alcatel OneTouch, I will be taking these issues up with the principal, Mr. Grinter. Unacceptable!!!!!

The school has become a bit terrible now. They charge for wifi now.. which tends to annoy a lot of students and teachers, a lot of teachers these days depend on technology and tends to put a lot of work on google classroom which a lot of students can't seem to access because no body simply wants to pay for WiFi. The school also tends to not turn on heaters during cold days. It seems like Mr A.C Grinter is nearing his retirement and just wants to make a couple of more dosh before he leaves. A lot of people in school now call him Money Making Grinter.

I studied there within the year 2000-2002, I'm from Indonesia by the way. RBHS was the best school for athletic programs particularly in Rugby and Golf. I thank you Mr Grinter as my headmaster at the time. I wish all the best for all the students, teachers and alumnus.
