We have been using Russell Hardie to manage our rentals since 2012 and have highly enjoyed their service. Russell Hardie are extremely professional and are genuinely concerned about looking after your property. They make sure you are getting the best price in the current market and that the tenants are looking after your property. They found us the right tenants to suit our situation, and do regular property inspections with comprehensive reports and photos. We highly recommend them! Donna Russel and her staff @ Russell Hardie are the best in the business!

We live overseas and have had our rental properties in Rotorua for many years now so having a good manager is crucial for us. Donna at Russell Hardie has been managing all our properties for about 8 years now and we had been through a few other managing companies prior but Donna and her team have been fantastic and the best Property management team in the area. Their role is not an easy one juggling Tenants and Landlords and I feel they are strong but are very fair in balancing the Tenants needs as well as the Landlords. Highly recommended.

You make sure that the landlords are up to date with all the new government provisions so that tenants are housed in places that are dry and warm. You also keep track of the current trends and regularly undertake routine inspections to address any issues in a timely manner that may require attention.
