Cool gondolas. Freaky sky swing. Fun luge. Fun chairlift. Beautiful views. Rotorua must-see and do! Cool gift shop aswell. 3 rides on the luge is enough!

I have visited Luge at many places but this place has nicest views and the steep ropeway makes your veins rush with adrenaline. Must go for tourists in queens town.

The luge is pretty fun and it's a nice view on the gondola. Recommend. Good covid protocol too

Awesome luge tracks! Intermediate track was very fun - just wish the advanced track was open (currently under construction). Overall the best luge tracks we've done and would definitely go back!

Me and my little family enjoyed our morning at the luge celebrating our sons 4th birthday. Got an awesome deal on bookme and came away with some beautiful memories x

Not bad priced 120 for a family to use the gondola and two trips on the luge. Great fun and family loved it. Good to watch people wipe out. Advanced course has some jumps on it. Bike course looks great. This is an iconic stop over. You just have to do it...

Careless and incompetent staff. Let us onto the gondola ride without even checking for tickets. We didn't know how things operate as it was our first time. Given that we've booked online, we just walked through the express line and straight onto the ride thinking that's how online bookings work. That led us to not having a physical ticket for the luge and thus wasted half an hour of our lives standing in the queue. They were severely understaffed as well. Left a girl in the luge ticket booth all by herself to deal with waves of people asking for various different things at three separate windows. Also could have done way better with directing the crowd for lines to equally divide the amount of people lining up. Everything was just in chaos. The staff members at the luge ride were far from friendly. No smile, no enthusiasm, no manners. Once you're on the track, no monitoring was done. People with different experience and skill level mixed together. Some dangerously passing others at high speed. It's just asking for accidents to happen. The whole park/area seemed to be very inexperienced with managing the holiday crowd, which simply should not have happened for a business mainly for tourists that's been operating for this long. Having said that, the gondola ride and the luge was fun.
