Technician came in late. (Scheduled between 1-3pm but came around 5pm). After 5 minutes of taking a look at our washing machine he said he can't fix it and suggested another electrician to have a look.

Great service
Terrible. Unable to diagnose the problem despite having 3 guesses at it, let alone solve it. Caused damage to my wall in the process and still charges through the roof. Definitely would not recommend nor use again.

Have used several times as there isn't a lot of choice in Rotorua. An under gaurantee repair was done by them, repair done okay but the attitude of the owner when he damaged our property was totally unacceptable - he laughed. On trying to sort this out amicably the owners wife was abusive & threatening on the telephone. Will not use again. On phoning around we have found a much more reasonable company to deal with.
Never been treated so poorly in my life as a customer. I was lied too about the time delay, blaming parts as the problem when they had not even looked at the issue, phone calls not returned, then abused over the phone. Do yourself a huge favour a try someone else. they don't deserve customers. Dont even rate 1 star for the service
