Not a good chemist. I received someone else's medication once. I was overcharged once and the assistant tried to turn it back on me. Another time the same assistant couldn't understand my surname spelling and treated me very suspiciously. There is a very long wait time for prescriptions and once the manager was angry and extremely rude when I asked if I could have the whole 3 months prescription. I will never go back there again.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Appalling customer service. I was left to wait for my prescription for 40 minutes because none of the many employees were attentive enough to call out prescriptions/ check on their customers. This is particularly bad service for vulnerable/ weak/ elderly customers. Very incompetent staff.

Good clean and tidy local store with excellent customer service. Staff members were highly motivated to help customers to ensure correct products were purchased. I have been served by Jordan and he was simply outstanding. Keep up the good work.

I dropped off a prescription for my one year old and told it would be 15 mins. I came back 20 mins later and was told the doctors had made a mistake on the script and the pharmacy was waiting on a phone call back which came a minute after I was told. The pharmacist said she will just be a few minutes. 15 mins passed when I was approached by a staff member who asked the name, I told her, she checked and said it was still coming. I waited another 5 mins and approached the counterpoint be told they wereally waiting on a fax. I could have waiting for a lot longer if I had not bothered to ask after such a long time#timewaisters#lackingcommunicationskill
