Great bakery. I've been eating the bread and pastries from here for the past 15 years. I grew up eating the hundered of thousands long buns everyday after school. The Wholemeal Tin Vienna loaf is absolutely my family's favorite as well as the Apple and Walnut Log. The prices are reasonable and worth it because the pastries are delicious! I recommend trying everything at least once! I love the blueberry danish and apple and custard danish! The customer service from all staff is wonderful. Always a joy visiting them. They are also very clean. The countertops are clean and the staff always wear gloves when handling the pastries and bread. Never once have I seen them touch without gloves and drop and pick a bun and put it back in the shelf! I have a friend who worked at the supermarket bakery and he personally told me not to buy the pastries and buns from there as they are not always clean and handled roughly by the staff. Get your baked goods from Baker's Delight Royal Oak, I can guarantee the freshness!

Went here instead of a line at Pak n Save. It's never my choice to use Bakers Delight. No paywave, was advised that they are trying to get it added, yeah right it doesn't even take a day- it is all about them saving costs, not concerned of hygine. Filthy eftpos terminal and my purchase of 17.80 showed on screen as 178.00. When mentioned three times to staff they realized, no apology. Just as I thought, over priced, dirty equipment for premixed ingredients, best stick with what you know, for better quality and better pricing, not these franchises.
