Bought a prescription frames few weeks back. The service was really good. Nikita patiently helped me with payment for the frame 20 minutes after closing hours and really exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Needed an eye test. been a bit dodgy and needed to go for a update on my driver's licence ( ltsa visual tests are useless ) so got that there at the same time all worked out good. worth the money
Really disappointing service I have had. Due to my work schedule it’s hard booking appointments so I booked three weeks in advance. On the day of my appointment I am told that the optometrist wants to go home early so I now have to reschedule my appointment which is not good enough as is. I manage to secure an appointment on Saturday only two days later however the day of my appointment I am phoned to say the optometrist has phoned in sick (I understand people get unwell) but given the circumstances I was told they couldn’t see me or make any other arrangements and that I’d have to book ANOTHER appointment. I will not be going back to Royal oak, not because of their skills with eye testing but because it seems they do not care about mucking around PAYING clients. I am not a lady of leisure who can just waltz in any time. Not good enough. Thanks so much for mucking me round.

Disappointed they ordered wrong glasses for me .They sound real professional on the phone but when it comes to execution the results are poor. They charged me 580 and apparently they had given me a good discount but really feel disappointed as I have to wait for 02 -03 more weeks for new pair. Suggestion : Listen Focus Execute Good Result

I booked a routine eye exam and was greeted by professional, friendly staff. Throughout the appointment the staff were approachable and explained everything in a way I understood.
