Stayed here as part of a 70th birthday group, and WOW, what a beautiful spot. The house is spacious, warm and very well laid out. Each room having its an ensuite was a blessing. Super fast wifi had us all connected with the outside world. Beautiful hand crafted dining tables were spectacular. Pricing: great price that is affordable if you split between a group. Location: Not too far off the beaten track. Not far from the Mapua township for a bit of shopping and cafes. My experience: loved it. Great inspiration for a guitarist ;)

The last night of our three days' trip biking the Great Tasman Taste Trail with 12 women from Christchurch was spent at Korepo Lodge. It was a glorious way to end a beautiful trip. Warmly welcomed by our host and introduced to a luxurious, tastefully appointed lodge with a great atmospheric logburner, lovely furniture and very comfortable beds and so much more, we relished our stay very much. Highly recommended and many thanks!!!

Korepo Lodge a luxurious gem set in peaceful surroundings. Amazing new modern facilities, the large fireplace cosy and mesmerising, a comprehensive library, stunning art, fabulous cooking facilities, large covered outside verandah, close to Mapua wharf, shops and eateries. Just ask for Anna who is knowledgeable about the area and will look after you. Ideal for everyone including bikers and hikers.
