No demos in store, not a huge selection (2 for running) didnt feel very welcomed, guy that was there only knew a little about a machine

After contract had ended and machine had been picked up, they continued to take weekly payments from our credit card for another 3 to 4 weeks. Got given the run-around, not returning calls extra, apparently they chuck out the paperwork as soon as the contact ends and are unable to give information about the termination date. Still no refund.

Well, not very good experience. Booked a machine for 4 weeks, no one contact me when the term nearly finish. I called and arranged the pickup time, you guys could not run on time, well, i could delivery to your store on that day. But you have scheduled pickup the next week. And i have been charged for the extra week. And your staff said i should arrange everything, and the machine is in my house , so i should pay. But the original contract was 4 weeks. Not good!!
