Signing up process was really simple. Girl on the phone was really nice and booked us in to show the storage. When we went to see the storage we were greeted by an older gentleman. He was really nice, friendly and took us for a ride on the cart to the storage. Explained the process really well, showed us the ways to get in and out. Instructions on how to pay online etc. Overall service was excellent. Highly recommended. The location is very convenient to get in and out of the motorway.

Great storage facility with really good staff. Extremely helpful and supportive. Would recommend this facility to anyone. It's at a great handy location and is very accessible. Been using a storage unit here for the past couple of years and have never had any security issues. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Tracy who is very helpful and understanding.

Really friendly service and easy transaction. I love the unit I used because I could just drive right up to the door and unload or load my stuff. Even though they only provide monthly storage not weekly but they dont need deposit which made it ok for the pocket. I highly recommend Safe storage Papaptoetoe.
