TLDR: Professional, clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the range and variety here - the first store we've visited to have different sizes of the same dress and different colours. Sally was friendly and professional. We were running a little late so called ahead to let Sally know and she was very understanding. When we arrived we were greeted and offered drinks while music played and were invited to look around at the different dresses. She asked questions about what the wedding will be like, when it is, where etc to help choose a dress. She was pretty hands-off in terms of helping pick dresses, but we actually liked that as it felt more personal and she was right there to offer help and advice when we needed it. She was very respectful of Bride's privacy as she was getting in and out of dresses and helped fit them to the bride through the appointment. She was very complimentary of Bride and helped us to feel like we were all having a very intimate experience. The store was a little dark but it was the end of a very cloudy day so can't fault her for that. This was the only store that offered different sizes of the same dress and different colours which was really top-notch and made a big difference in terms of picking a dress. Also the only store we visited that offered "plus size" dresses (though we didn't need these). Ultimately the most professional experience we had that day and can't thank Sally enough for her hospitality.

Walking past Sally eagle petone decided to go in to have a look at their collection to be approached by a woman with the first question are you even engaged in fact it was not me it was the person i was with following that she swiftly told us we have to book an appointment and pay to view the collection. It was the most awkward position to be practically kicked out of the store. If you have someone trying on dresses close your main road shop!! All I can say is that it was the best way to loose any future customers.

I love my wedding dress Lucille from Sally Eagle. I had two consultations in their Auckland boutique where the whole space is reserved for you so you get full privacy - even champagne and chocolates on arrival! And unlike other boutiques - they don't mind if you take photos or videos to help you make that stressful decision! The fabric is of really good quality, and so comfortable to move, run, and dance in. I did have to get alterations elsewhere to get the bust/bodice fitted perfectly - so make sure you get measured properly! One downside is you do not get the consultation fee reimbursed towards the cost of the dress, but that is a minor detail. The price is still great for the quality you get in comparison to other places. Thank you!

If you stumble onto Sally Eagle Bridal like I did it is likely you will fall in love with their beautiful wedding dresses. \u2028I had a custom dress made from two dresses I had tried on. The ladies are a dream to deal with, nothing but pleasant and professional. A standout for me was the way they custom make your dress to be the perfect dress for you, they take away any fears you have of not feeling secure. My dress was everything I had imaged. \u2028I came out with a classic wedding dress of my dreams that made me feel beautiful. \u2028From the consultation process, measurements, changes, fittings the price for the dress is very reasonable. I cannot recommend or thank Sally and her team enough.

The team (especially Ashleigh) looked after me so well; answering all my questions, replying to my emails and offering helpful suggestions.
