I have been to 4 different OPSMs over the years and found the staff and optometrist at this particular branch superb in every way. The Optometrist took the time to explain things and Michelle assisted me in selecting frames. Today was the first time ever I have had a staff member spend time helping me select frames. I didn’t feel she had to hurry because other customers were waiting and left feeling very happy with my purchase knowing that I had tried on a number of frames and chosen the most suitable ones.

I had the best experience in OPSM Silverdale with ordering my glasses. The optometrist was supper professional and the lady helped me with selecting a very beautiful frame and that is not an easy task to do for my face as not all frames look well for me.
