Went to grow and brew for a specific product but my particular branch had run out. Without me even asking, andy started calling around to get what I needed. Sure enough a day later he called me up and said "It's here!". I was so excited! I was looking for a couple other things too but instead of saying "we don't have it" he googled it for me and told me where I could find things. Very helpful and informative. Andy is fabulous and takes iniative when a customer is in need

Yeah, don't come here for homebrew supplies, it's mostly just a head shop that also sells equipment for growing weed. Fine if you need a bong or a grinder, or a full on hydroponics setup. Absolutely rubbish service, 2 staff on but barely acknowledged my presence after standing waiting for 10 minutes. Places like this are why brick and mortar stores are dying out...
