There is only one nice lady working here. The rest are rude, snobbish, and judgemental. When you return something you expect to be listened to with courtesy and not be accused deliberately damaging goods you have bought. No apology just arrogance and rude! Better service on AliExpress! And if I want quality I will go to Palmerston North from now on.
