Thanks for the great service. I was extremely nervous at ordering ice skates online as it is an expensive purchase to get wrong and we are new to skating so not sure of what would be good for a 10yr old beginner. Faye was really helpful and recommended a couple of options, they arrived within a week and had been fitted to the measurements sent in. Boots fit perfectly and I have a really happy skater. In terms of measuring there is a really good guide sent out to follow, it's easy to follow and relatively quick but I would recommend taking the time to make sure you have this right before sending in (measure twice). We're really happy with Skater's Edge and are repeat customers for accessories :-)
