Bought a new queen bed Got it delivered this morning and got it inside to find some damage on my new mattress rang smith city and they had me a new mattress delivered within 1hr of calling them. Beautiful customer service and delivery people where amazing Recommend these guys

I love this store, the sales team are awesome. Today I popped in with a Fitbit Charge 3 I purchased about 6 months ago that seems to be faulty. It was replaced within half an hour, no major paperwork, quick as a hickup!

Wanted to buy a toaster and kettle matching colour ,only one kettle left in store on display the colour I wanted. The management said no I can not purchase it as it was to show customer's the product .waste of my time 20 minutes. Missed a sale an the salesman did not care. I've always shopped here an will consider my options
