I can't remember the last time I was so impressed by customer service! Absolutely amazing. I found the stools I wanted online, rang Smooch to check their status under Level 3, and was reassured that they were trading and delivering. I placed my order, paid online, and guess what!!! They were delivered to my door the following day, expertly wrapped amd handled by a masked guy who couldn't have been nicer! Hallelujah! PS They even gave me a great discount. Go Smooch.

Really pleased with the 4 barstools supplied and delivered to us in Hawke's Bay. While a more expensive option they were perfect for our situation and we couldn't find anything else in Hawke's Bay like them. Delivery was to our door by Smooch staff not a courier The stools were not only assembled but really well wrapped in protective materials. Wasn't looking forward to assembling them, but didn't need to. Last but not least the Smooch staff wanted our business and made regular but not in your face contact to make sure we were informed and happy with our choice. Thanks Smooch.
