I had a calf injury from playing tennis and it kept returning every time I played. Handre's deep tissue massage meant I was able to finish the season and stop wearing compression socks. He also used cupping. The whole experience has been amazing for me and I will now get regular massages to maintain a strong body for sport.

I have had shoulder/ neck pain for some time now (Post breast feeding). Ive tried Acupuncture, Physio and Chiro treatment with minimal result. After one session at Sohum I can honestly say I felt a huge difference in my pain levels.
