Could have been cleaner, bedding barely warm enough with some of us cold all nìght. Not really a 'serviced' apartment with having to take own rubbish down 2 floors to laundry and no replenished towels, tea coffee etc for 4 people for 4 nights. Free 1GB of data appreciated.Staff were friendly and helpful during office hours.

Rooms were on the smaller scale but had everything you needed, location is pretty close to town - could maybe do with just a smidge better service. And maybe sugar and other condiments in the kitchen.

Stayied for 3 nights was a bit on the small side. Bathroom was ok toilet seat needs updating. Fridge didnt shut because the freezer had about 2inches of ice build up. Oven was a mess. 5th floor was quiet and cosy. Was a cheap stay considering.

extremely loud tenants and road noise, one lightweight blanket (in winter) and none in cupboards. no response from after hours number. (reception shuts at 2pm) smelly room (coming from under sink) booked for 2 nights but will most likely find somewhere else for tommorow.

Not a great place to stay, the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at the bar below has bands on Friday and Saturday the noise level is like you have all the windows open. Take ear plugs you will need them. The shower head half the nozzles were blocked and if you bumped the shower head it fell down and wouldn't stay up so you couldn't shower. There were only 2 lights that worked, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work so steam everywhere

A week to stop and see Wellington at this place was ok as its close to all things walkable stroll thorough Cuba Mall and downtown easily. Clean and comfortable ,however a bit noisy if your on the west side of the building
