Have used these guys 3 times now. On 2 occasions have had the misfortune of being put through to a manager that has the worst customer service skills known to man kind, speaks to customers like they're dirt on his shoe. They also completely overcharged for tap replacements and didn't give the quotes they said they would. The other time they installed a water tank poorly that the hose falls off constantly. Switched to a rival plumbing company for another tap replacement and it was a breath of fresh air to be treated nicely and be charged 2 thirds of the price. Never using these guys again.

Service guys were bang on time, polite, professional and careful. What I thought was going to be a quick and easy fix turned out to be neither, which was a bit dismaying. However the reasons for this were all examined and explained so carefully that I had total confidence in the work that needed to be carried out. Totally recommended!
