Kurrara Historic Guest House

Bought the 29 plan at Christchurch Airport and was told I could top up as required. I did top up twice using my credit card for 20.00 each time, using Sparks online option. At no time were instructions given to re-register my plan so my 40.00 data expenditure was swallowed up in casual data usage. There seems to be a step missing here, Spark were happy to take my credit card online but no instructions given to re-register. Spark - shame on you, just another Telco ripping off poor unsuspecting customers. Thumbs down
