I have been here several times now for check ups and prescriptions. I always walk away very impressed. My optometrist is highly competent but also very personable, fantastic customer service and great value. Would recommend.

Excellent staff! My sunglasses needed a small fix, they did it for me for free and I didn't even buy it with them. Definitely I'm going to by my next glasses there!

I had great experience. Went there initially for a free eye exam, had a look at their frames after that and found two perfect ones. One of them are prescription sunglasses, so now I finally have both :). They were super helpful, and I received frames after a bit more than 2 weeks without any issues.

It's a hit or miss with Specsavers because I've been to three different branches. Staff are very obviously trained on the job - so half of them don't know anything... sometimes they're amazing and sometimes they frustrate you like crazy. I got 4.5 instead of -4.5 in ONE eye once and I was told that it's normal things are blurry at the beginning- the manager told me that but luckily the optometrist recognised me and said he would check my glasses for me- they had to send it back. Also free contact assessment doesn't actually mean free. Ask them about that. Deceiving right... only if you buy something is it free... which I was probably going to buy something anyways but I don't like feeling tricked or forced. (There is no where say on the website page "terms and conditions apply" because I checked)... hopefully this changes. And the customer service... sometimes they just ignore you and sometimes they're great. I've never had a bad experience with any of the actual optometrists- just the salespeople and managers. The city in particular isn't my favourite one. There are so many new stores opening up selling more fashionable glasses at good prices... the quality might be questionable but so is Specsavers. Good luck.
