worst glasses experience i have ever had. ordered my glasses instore nearly exactly one month ago and they still have not arrived which is enitrely appalling and crazy. never use specsavers again as these guys are just taking the piss.

I think this is the most frustrating experience I have ever had to get the right contact lenses, and I have been wearing them for 10years. The service of the team varies widely, and they have problems of following up each other or keeping the standard. I have been dealing with 3 different opticians and 4 different Customer Service people during this process, and only 1 of each team I will say he/she is professional and knows what she/he is talking about. The rest of them just treat this job TOO CASUAL. I won't come again or recommend this place.
