I actually rate it 0 stars, I have been to 2 different spec saver stores in the Wellington region and both have been no help to me.I will not go there again. I told them the prescription I have is causing my eyes to be stressed and they do a test and I hoped this time it would be better but nope my eyes are just as stressed and i have dark under eye circles from the stress my eyes are going through, I have never had dark under eye circles but they have appeared ever since I started wearing glasses. I am going to look for a proper eye doctor.......

One of the best customer experiences I have had. The optician Jacob was excellet and the staff were fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond with helping me choose my frames etc.

Excellent service. Very nice staff. Great products and good prices. The only thing that surprised me was the amount of time they take to have your specs (glasses) ready. Other than that, it's a great shop.
