Really fantastic service from the Team at St Lukes. From the initial eye exam, to selecting my glasses, and finally getting them fitted. They went above and beyond to help me find glasses that suited my taste. In the fitting, nothing was too much trouble as they switched my nose pads and gave me advise on where to get my glasses fixed. On both visits the store was obviously busy, but the quality service and kindness that they showed never wavered. Thanks very much guys. 10/10 recommend!

Not usually a reviewer but these guys were too amazing to not acknowledge. All staff on both days (eye test appointment then fitting appointment) had fantastic customer service and really made the whole experience a breeze. Tests were for my 7yo and they were so great with not just her, but her 1yo sister. Really made us feel welcome, answered all queries and just so genuine in their care. Service was 15/10 and I highly recommend them!

From the mega helpful and honest guy (can't remember his name, sorry) who helped me and son select our frames, to the wonderful optometrist who took time to answer all my questions, plus all the lovely team in store. Honestly, I don’t want to give them even 1 out of 5. I should have read through all others’ reviews on this branch. Though the optometrist I met was professional and kind I had a disgusting experience with a saleslady. First of all, she didn’t explain options to choose clearly and I didn’t select any either. But I realized she was charging me 100 more for an option. As I hate interrogating someone or making a scene at a shop, I took the option and paid all. Probably she has a commission-based salary but should have known I wasn't born yesterday. Also, she said it would take up to 3 weeks to complete and they would contact me within 3 weeks. But no one rang or texted me at all. After 3 weeks I phoned them to check if my glasses were ready there and finally got my glasses yesterday. On pick up, she didn't even try to adjust my glasses to me. Lastly, the receptionist should use her manners over the phone and in-person. Never recommend. Better away.

Recently visited Specsavers St Lukes - I had my eye test done by young and handsome optometrist. He exactly looks like the male actor in the film "Train to Pusan". If I had a daughter, I would definitely admit him as my son-in-law.

Came by today 11/07/2020 for an AA eye test, there was a 10 minute wait which is perfectly okay and was communicated by staff there. The test was quick and talking to a young asian optomitrist (sorry don't know his name) was professional. Appreciate your good work when it seemed pretty busy in there! thank you
