Bad customer service. A basic key for my caravan door was 24.90. Receipt says 'car key cut to code' but this was a basic old style numbered key straight off the shelf (not cut). Would be 12.90 or less at other places. The Indian man looked grumpy and I felt intimidated, I did question him about the price, he said if I want a second one he can sell for 12.90. I will go to Mitre 10 next time.

I looked all over Christchurch to find a place to make repairs to my shoes, this place was the cheapest by far, and the operator Mohit repaired them to a very high quality, the workmanship was awesome and he was friendly and got the job done quickly and concicely. I got a little caught up when I was on my way back to collect them and he waited and extra 10 minutes after the mall had closed to hand them back, he even gave them a nice shine, as well as this it was only 10 to get a stand key cut, Very high recommend!! ️

Visited yesterday and asked for a new battery to be popped into my Subaru remote. Shop attendant informed me I would be looking at 900 to replace as the batteries can't be changed... I stared at him in disbelief. He went on to say another customer was quoted 4k from a Subaru dealer for a new remote. Got a new battery from Jaycar, cost me all of 4. Guess what? Works perfectly.

indian man is soooo rude. i was shook after he broke my watch and straight out told me to go away. when i asked for the managers details he got angry and told me go away and dont talk to him anymore. who interviewed this guy? he is clearly not up to the job!!! 0/10
