Pizza hut barrington is a sorry excuse for a pizza hut. dominos is literally the next suburb over, go there.

Ordered a delivery pizza 20.1.2021. Was supposed to be delivered 5.25pm. At 5.45pm I phoned the shop, they told me the driver had already left. I only live 5 mins from the mall. 15 mins later the pizza finally arrived (1/2hr late). There was no apology for being late and the food was only warm.

I'm absolutely shocked at the attitude of the workers on the night of 26/08/2020 9:30PM to 10PM. 1) Two girls were seen jumping around in the kitchen eating food 2) My order got neglected, as the staff were mucking around talking too much to each other 3) I waited for 20 minutes after being told that my order would be 3 minutes away from completion, the server then tried to apologise to me and give me free food, which was simply not good enough 4) The hash bites were overcooked

Usually I find the Pizza to be rather average. But wasting my time is where I draw the line. I bought 2 Pizzas and was waiting 20 minutes to get mine, like she told me. I return and ask when I will get my Pizzas and the employee working told me it would take another 20 minutes and hasn't even started making mine. I don't blame the employee as she was having to deal with so many customers and was doing her best. I was supposed to be at the Cinema by the time she told me so I got refund and left. I blame Pizza Hut as a company for not having more than one employee. That poor employee having to do everything, my sympathy goes to her.

Terrible experience. Ordered online on 4/09/2020 said it would be 20 minutes and went down 20 minutes later and there were 12 people waiting outside. Went inside and no one was at the checkout, no one greeted me or any of the other customers. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting and no one came to the front to talk at all. Left and will never go back. You guys are the absolute worst. Try something in your wheelhouse like sweeping roads
