Wow - poor practice from the front desk. After my appointment was moved several times w/in hours of making it. I was less than pleased that the appointment where being made for their convenience and I was supposed to follow on and adjust my schedule to suit them. I trying to talk to the receptionist ... she refused to share her name or give me a name/ email of her manger; hung up on me telling me I was rude. So I will take to this forum.

I had an MRI and CT scan there. Because they have both on one site. Found the staff accommodating and professional. Would recommend, in particular if you need an MRI and CT together.
I had the first MRI scan here in my life today. I was little bit nervous as there are so many scary youtube videos about bad experiences on the MRI scanning. The staff were very kind and explained what would happen during the scanning and set me at ease. It was very comfortable and even enjoyable experience.
What a rude bunch of ladies work at the reception here! I came in with my son and walked to the reception.This was our first time in here and one of them told us that I should look around first rather than coming to them.Unfortately, they are the first ones we see when we enter the area.They giggled as I left. Please have some manners as this is not our everyday place to visit!
Had multi MRI is different locations, this first time here. Receptionist was nice, rest of staff cold and unfriendly. Never asked if you were comfortable, never tell you how much longer. Never check if you are ok. Terrible. Will not go back.
Three words. Rude. Rude. Rude. Rude.The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The other ladies doing the scans . Especially one ,so unhelpful and rude, think she would have been better off staying home until her baby is born.
This team is truly amazing, so helping and accomodating, I live out of town and they went all out to fit me in for an MRI and injections, I truly appreciate your efforts!
