Wasn’t keen on going with drug options, already tried those and had some bad effects so was willing to try something else to get my hair back. Really glad I found SRS, they’ve been amazing at helping me with my hair loss and they also show me the progress every few months so I can see how my hair’s growing. If you’re looking for something natural that works give these guys a try

A waste of time (20 minutes a day application time for over a year) and money (3,500). Absolutely gutted to have spent so much time, energy and hard earned money for zero results. I should have had a transplant - at least results are guaranteed.

I wish there was a 0 star option for them. People please read the reviews before wasting your money. I spent almont 5000 but no results at all. In the end i was told i can go for another year. They are misleading people. I kinda regret why i even went there. :((

Bought a set of 6 bottles of tonic and 2 Shampoos, finished 5 tonics and 1 bottle of Shampoo but still didn't see any result.

This place is one of the worst scams ever, went there for a consultation and all they did was tell me about how finasteride and minoxidil were not safe and try to get me to buy their worthless product which they didn’t even tell me the ingredients they use in it that actually combats hairloss, and apprently costs 2000 just for a couple months Hahahah. just started using finasteride which is a tried and proven hair loss prevention drug that actually works and is very safe.

For the ones who want to know about what's happened on SRS Hair Clinic for me, I just clarify that the place was nice and they were welcoming and friendly, but they didn't do any help to solve the problem for my hair loss other than recommending their tonic solution. They just want to sell their own product. After 10 minutes of questions about my problem and situation, Nicole didn't have any solution or any treatment, except their product. She mentioned that there are different reasons for hair loss. She just tried to show their product to be the only useful method, which costs 2395 NZD for a 6-month supply. You can't even buy a single tonic bottle to see the results and then buy another one if you're happy. You have to buy the whole package! And it was interesting that she said there isn't any guarantee for the efficiency of products. I do not think if you should pay 30 (normally 50) for a promotion. Simply put, this is just marketing and you should not expect professional advice. Nonetheless, their product might work, but I won't spend 2400 to try!
