Check in experience awful. Went to wrong level and humiliated in front of male and sent to another Floor. Why I come for an appointment should never be announced verbally in front of anyone, particularly male. Floor was not stated on my text reminder, please update. Arrive at correct floor to a reception full of males, so intimidating couldn't go in. Having to check in and be given undressing instructions across a room of males, no thank you. Ever.

What an amazing team. I hadn’t had a mammogram for a number of years and felt guilty but they were So lovely, warm and reassuring. I can’t remember all the names I dealt with but Nini was so helpful and all the team. Thank you.
