Employ more grumpy old men, they're great to talk to when your day is busy enough.
Slow as service... I waited 25 min just to be served and there was ONLY 2 guys before me... except that, good product and helpful over the phone. Still recommend this place but I hope they improve costumer service in store and speed up little bit...

I suggest looking elsewhere for your requirements, this company has rude grumpy staff.
Poor customer service, extremely rude. I asked for a specific bolt with a particular length and threading, the assistant responded with: "you'll get what you are given" and "What, you didnt say this to me earlier?" This was only an example of what was said in the first 5 minutes of our conversation. This isnt what i would expect from a company with high recommendations, not professional at all.
