One very naive member of Stellar Consulting’s management team, now a hands-on code-cutter appeared to be more concerned about “looking the part”, rather than focussing on delivery. Stellar’s Developers, as I was, were startled to receive an email, stating in no uncertain terms that an SSAS cube was actively interrogated to keep a watchful eye on employee utilization. Whether or not this is still the case I am unsure. Unless you enjoy a somewhat “button-up” corporate culture working for “The Man” I suggest you look elsewhere : having said this, the CEO and other members of the mgmt team are highly capable, reasonable and enjoyable to work for.
