I received a call from an angry man at 7.30 in a Sunday night. He had been ticketed for not displaying a light on his vehicle whilst driving on the motorway. He proceeded to harangue me with details of how the police were at fault and he wanted them punished. I told him he should spend his money on repairing his car- that any decent lawyer would very quickly want 1000 or more if he wanted to fight this in court. He continued to rant. I told him to go and fix his car and drive responsibly and comply with the traffic laws. And that it was a Sunday night at 7.45, I’m cooking dinner, go fix your car and get on with your life. In return he posted the attached review. Sad really. I tried to help him for free. Some people don’t even know when they’re being given good advice. They’re an unfortunate subgroup of the people I routinely assist.
