I am quite happy to recommend Storage King, Botany South. The management was very helpful, and accommodating to suit my need for storage. It is clean, safe and handy. The 50% price for the first two months was an added bonus too. Thanks particularly to Ross Jones whose customer relations skills is par excellent.

I found the management at this branch incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had damage to my property whilst in storage at their facility by a rodent/pest issue that they could not contain but when I brought this up with them they turned around and accused me of bringing the rodents to their facility. I would not recommend using this facility at all as they are incredibly unprofessional and have not sense of urgency when replying to emails.
My husband and myself had our 4 bedroom house and contents in storage with Storage King Botany South from May 2005 until June 2015 (10 years), while living in London, UK. We never had cause to worry once about the storage of our goods. Both Ross and Glenn who work at the Botany South store were unbelievably helpful when I arrived in off a long haul flight. They went above and beyond the normal customer service. Glenn very kindly cut the locks to our storage units, as I had lost one key, and the other lock had rusted shut after 10 years. Glenn invited me in for a cup of tea, and biscuits, and Ross very kindly allowed me some of his honey to put on crackers. I really appreciate the effort and care that they both took in looking after me, while waiting for the removal men to come an pack our contents for shipment. Would recommend the guys at Botany South. We chose Storage King Botany because of the amazing service we received from a lady there called Kim, who was so helpful right from the outset. I initally made several enquiries with storage facilities closer to our home, but found the customer service to be unfriendly, and unhelpful. Many of them were quite dismissive and would not give us the time we needed to figure out what our storage needs were, and what was best for our situation. Frustrated, I called Storage King Botany. Kim was like a breath of fresh air - she was super friendly and helpful, giving me all the information I needed over the phone, and spoke with me about several different size and pricing options, trying to make sure we got what we needed. She even called back to ask for my email address so she could send through some information, and then sent it within a few minutes. Though the price was higher than other facilities I had looked into, and the location was further from our house, I got off the phone from speaking with Kim and said to my husband "that's the one". She made the whole process so easy, right from deciding what storage we would need, to signing up for the space. Even on the last day, when we moved out, she was warm and bubbly, and was super helpful. It's so rare nowadays, to find someone who goes above and beyond, and who does so with a big smile on their face! I absolutely can't say enough about Kim - she was fantastic from start to finish, and if we need to consider storage in the future, we will just head straight back to Storage King Botany because I know that we will get amazing service.
This was the second time I have used this facility. On both occasions of using their services I have accessed them remotely either by phone or email, never needing face to face contact. They have always been extremely user friendly and helpful. I'd certainly recommend their services.
