Goes the extra mile for service, for example when I was there with a truck and unit I’d booked was too small he organised another On the spot quickly and efficiently With no drama. Units clean, tidy and well run. Totally recommend.
Kerry and the team in New Lynn made the potentially stressful process of packing up our house and putting the contents into storage as straightforward and easy as possible. The team are always friendly, up front, and easy to work with - adding a personal and whānau dynamic to what could otherwise be a cold or alienating experience. I felt fully confident that I was leaving my taonga in safe hands whilst I am overseas and would recommend Storage King New Lynn to others without hesitation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great storage area for our vehicles. The staff were at pains to warn us to secure everything on our work trailer. We had no problems though. We would definitely use them again.
I found the staff at Storage King New Lynn quite rude and disrespectful.
