Friendly staff and top notch facilities. We stored all our possessions for almost 12 months while overseas and were concerned about damp and mould. This place was dry and clean and everything came out the same as it went in. Always had good experiences with staff both with the rental and using their handy moving truck. Would recommend to friends or anyone who needs quality facilities to store.

Initially we chose Store-it because of its handy location to our home. However, on my first visit there to check out the facilities, I could easily see it there were so many other reasons. The site is clean and tidy, well lit and with easy access. The supply of equipment to move stuff into and around the place was great. The number of different options we had in terms of storage unit size was amazing and they make it so easy with the ability to change units if you don't get the size right. Individual unit alarms give us a comfort that our things are as safe there as they are at home. - Fully recommend looking at their facilities if you are wanting to store things.

I've had my goods in storage at Store It for just over two years. The staff have been exceptionally helpful to me and put my mind completely at ease. I made a number of changes during this period, for example switching to a smaller unit once I knew I was moving overseas permanently and organising for an agent to collect my goods from my storage unit on my behalf for shipping. They were extremely patient with me and my requests. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a friendly, easy and secure place to store your stuff.

The staff are so good they make you feel like going out and telling others about the business, and the storage unit I have was really well presented and feels safe. Having to move at short notice, with very little in the way of financial resources, I knew that I was going to come up against a few hitches. I approached Store-It for advice and a quote and explained my situation. Whilst I'm sure they've heard it all before, I never once felt as though I was being an inconvenience for asking so many questions. Gerard was more than obliging with offers of help and answering my million and one scatter brained question, and was able to put together a comprehensive proposal which lifted a huge weight of my shoulders and gave me an immeasurable sense of relief. Whilst I wasn't able to meet him personally, the day I went in to sign my agreement and be given the grand tour, I was greeted by quite possibly two of the loveliest women I've had the pleasure of meeting (and my industry is female dominant, so that's really saying something). My utter lack of preparation by way of valid ID and the such would've been enough for anyone else to roll their eyes and dismiss me. Not these girls. Regina and Cherry were able to use what I did have to get everything sorted, and either they have finely attuned stress radars, or my attempts at coming off lighthearted and carefree were futile - but they kept me smiling the whole time, and the process was quick and painless and I couldn't be more grateful. Moving is highly stressful as it is. But having to move under duress just takes it over and above. I moved in today, and I can honestly say with hand on heart that I will forever sing the praises of the incredible team at Store-it. I cannot thank you enough for everything.

I was initially a bit unsure about using a storage facility, but the helpful Store It people provided plenty of useful information at the start so I knew what I was getting, and helped me choose just the right-sized locker. The website is also very comprehensive. Signing up was quick and easy on the day, and moving stuff in was a breeze with the trolleys on hand. As others say the facilities are clean, light and dry, safe and easy to get around. The Store It people were very responsive on 'moving in' day, and have been ever since in replying to any email queries. It's simple to access your gear (via secure swipe card access) when you need to and I feel very safe at the facility. Store It is an excellent solution for me and I'm happy to recommend them.

I have been incredibly happy with Store-it as my storage provider over the past year and a bit. We initially had another storage place lined up that we were pretty set on signing with, but came to Store-it offices anyway in order to honour the meeting we had set up to be shown through the units. This changed our minds on our storage providers completely! We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, their easygoing nature, knowledge of the storage process, and willingness to help out. The facilities are clean, the units spacious and very secure, we were very happy with everything we encountered. Highly recommended.

I've stored my belongings with Store-it twice now and would definitely store there again. The service from staff is fantastic and they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make the moving in process an easy experience. The facilities are clean and tidy with great security and services which really gives you peace of mind that your possessions are safe and well looked after. I looked into a few different options before deciding on Store-it and found the services offered are of a higher quality and the cost of leasing is lower than other companies (even with other companies offering various discounts). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for storage!
