Very slow response on issues and rude staff. Been paying a lot of money for their service but they only stand on behave of the "committee" instead of the residence. One lady even told me "I'll get back to you when I go back to work next week and do Not patronize. We will not be happy." -(It was a Friday morning btw) When I had an urgent request going on. Very frustrated.

BC 195068 For many years, Strata Title have acted as our agent and also provided secretarial services. Previously as a member of the informal committee, and presently as chairperson, my interaction with and experience of the service provided, has been extremely positive. Paul Roux was initially the manager assigned to our body corporate, and always provided sterling service, and support when called upon. When it became known that he was transferring to the Wellington branch, I was somewhat apprehensive as to whether this level of service would continue. However, Lynn Cormack, his replacement, ensured that a seamless handover was achieved. She continues to provide reliable, knowledgeable and valuable service as well as informing the committee of any relevant changes to the unit titles act or regulations. We value and enjoy an excellent relationship.
