My first time having to organise a fix for a reception/no signal issue with our Freeview and Sam did a great job he managed to get a whole heap of channels within the first 20 minutes of arriving! He went on further to figure out how to get Prime & more aswell and by the end he was successful. I would Highly recommend Sam to all and would be happy to have his help again in future.
