Been here all of five minutes and instantly feel like I'm relaxed. Then again could be the whiskey and painkillers. Either way highly recommend both

So many positives. Tranquil, spacious, private, exceptionally clean, a home away from home, affordable, beautiful gardens, and they recycle!!!! Close to the Tongariro river and walk way. This would be one of my favourite places to stay in NZ, we look forward to our next visit. Negative: if I post a good review I may not be able to get a booking when I next want to visit :-)

Our go to place while visiting Turangi. Very clean and comfy, plenty of room to spread out. Good kitchen facilities. Cafe next door is great too. Highly recommend
Couldn't fault this place, which is great, because we chose the lodge based on its prior ratings. The very friendly staff at reception upgraded our rooms at no extra cost. The rooms were very warm, comfy and in a lovely quite and peaceful surrounding with walkway connections to the track along the river. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed in for some time. I would definitely recommend staying here.
