Bought a heavy-duty tarpaulin and cable ties 26/03/19 on way through from Waihi - headed for Wyndham. Can't remember the guy's name (Tony maybe) but his customer service was exceptional! Popped in from the Gull next door as the tarp we had covering our trailer was ready to take flight! He went above and beyond with some cardboard and twine. Made it to the bottom of the South Island without any further problems. Thanks heaps
