Awesome campsite with very welcoming host! Facilities Always Clean and tidy, and overall very homely. Loved both our stays here (Akl anniversary & Easter) can’t wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to all.

Great camping ground nestled in Tairua close to township, harbour, beach. Lots of places to explore. It's small camping ground, yet provides safe spot for children and families alike and their four legged family members. Definitely recommend.

Wow. Just wow. I've stayed at a few campsites and this is definitely one of the very best! Joe and Ruby are absolutely amazing, warm and friendly hosts, their campsite has EXCELLENT facilities, which are all maintained to the highest standard. Only a stone's throw away from the beach and the locals are so welcoming, warm and friendly. Gutted I have to leave! Make no mistake this will be the first of many visits here, thank you Joe & Ruby for a wonderful stay in a beautiful place!

The young couple running this operation were fantastic, very approachable. The site has gone through a recent refurb of toilet blocks and showers. The facilities were clean and well kept

Best. Campground. Ever!! The hosts, Joe and Ruby, bend over backwards to ensure your stay is the best it can possibly be. The amenities are clean, everything is well maintained and kept up to scratch all the time despite how busy it is. It’s family and doggo friendly and situated right in the heart of the picturesque beach town of Tairua, what’s not to love? Can’t wait to return.
