Literally all of the older staff are appallingly rude with serious attitude problems for people who work in customer service roles. Luckily the younger staff are so kind and helpful - especially the young woman in a hijab who was a real delight. Might be past time to get rid of some of the older, salty employees who clearly don't want to work here and focus on promoting your younger team members who are clearly having to work twice as hard to make up for their older, less capable counterparts

Might be a more far away from home Farmers, but the staff was very helpful especially a young lady at the fragrance department helping my mother picking out some Elizabeth Ardern gift set, and she recommended another lady called Nam. I think she was really helpful and that she has a great personality. Keep it up
Goods update speed is slow, there is no staff, decoration
There are new shops opened and New World is in the mall for your quick grocery needs. Athough the mobile service/repair shops gone. Yet still a nice place to shop.
Staff are not helpful here when your trying clothes on. They don't ask if you need help or different sizes so don't make shopping easy for you. The staff seem to be often standing around chatting with each other. If they actually offered their help the customers shopping experience could be so much easier and customers would very well end up spending more money!

Farmers. Knew the had what I needed before I went. Interesting they had a different selection of menswear to my local in Lower Hutt. I thought chain stores all had the same things.
