Talent International did an exceptional job during my recruitment process. I am currently employed to one of their prestigious clients as a contractor in Auckland. They are highly professional, customer oriented Recruitment Company with crystal clear policies. From my experience, Auckland staff (Kara Smith and David McLachlan) are very approachable and reliable people. They kept me well informed about the recruitment progress, and had answers to all my queries and concerns. Talent International are liaised with the technology solutions (online portal for time sheets, payslips, e-documents etc) which is very helpful to both – Employers and Employees. I would highly recommend them to whoever needs a professional Recruitment solution.

Talent International came as blessing in disguise for me. Even being a recent graduate with little experience in New Zealand, I was provided an opportunity to work with one of the biggest company in New Zealand. I din't even mind working on a fixed term contract with them as the short listing and interviewing process was smooth. Proper feedback and support was provided at each step. I was kept up to date and they pro actively extended my contract as the company's requirement changed. I would love to work with them again. Hopefully a new contract is on its way.
