Great mega green smoothie! This review is specifically for the poor woman having to juggle a million different things all by herself at Tank. First time customer and I loved the smoothie, but goodness get more staff hired or get someone else to help. I felt so bad for the lady taking orders and making everything by herself. Other customers were making commentary about how it was taking so long but I just sympathised with the lone employee.

Worst Tank in New Zealand winner 2019 Have visited many Tank stores, this one’s the worst. Ordered 2 Power Plants with extra blueberries, they didn’t have any almond milk. Or soy milk. “That’s ok” I said “I’ll zip next door and buy some from Countdown” - so I did. Was charged usual price for Power Plants, and they were the most dilute EVER. Returned it and asked for more blueberries; I think she added two more blueberries because it was like drinking tap water. Tasteless.

Worst Tank in NZ. Slow moving staff that seemed to not know what they were doing. After waiting in store for 30mins was given a banana flavored smoothie that tasted nothing like the salted caramel. They also had no beef or chicken for the salads... my wife ordered the guacamole green that had 2 tiny bits of avocado. Have been to plenty of tanks and this is the worst. Avoid this place like covid.

Second time I did not get what I paid for. Someone might have taken my order. You really need to sort this out!!! I ORDERED 2 WRAPS AND 2 SMOOTHIES. INSTEAD I GOT HANDED 2 ORANGE JUISES. Only realised when I got home. So wasted my money and time! Please sort the order system with numbers or something.

There needs to be a good look at staffing breaks Sorry about this but you have staff on breaks in peak times. Purchased a smoothie online for pickup and say in store for 30 min waiting. Have watched at least 5 people walk out due to wait time. Just throw another staff member on during busy times.

Love the smoothies and juices! The wraps and salads are some of my favourite lunches to grab in town. Great to see they offer reusable cups too!
