I absolutely love tank but you should really consider employing more staff at your branches. It’s a shame a single employee has to serve 5 customers by themselves when their coworker is on break. It results in a very long wait for a single smoothie/juice and it most definitely stresses out that employee who gets overworked.

Love tank but staff here need to be more mindful of changing gloves before preparing food. Had to ask a staff member to change his gloves after coming out from another room. He tried to say that he hadn't 'done anuthing' that required a glove change but changed them when I asked.

Terrible, dishonest company. Haven't been to Tank in a long time; I ordered a salad & then decided to add a smoothie. It wasn't until I paid that I saw the combo sign which made the exact same items 20% cheaper. When I raised it, they said they knew, and it was store & company/ head office policy to not mention it ... They eventually refunded & recharged the combo price, whilst mumbling about how the company had determined it was legal. Perhaps it is; but completely unethical. I don't particularly care about 4.50, but on principle I won't be going back. For the sake of a few dollars on one sale, you have lost countless future sales; with service like this your store is destined to remain a ghost town whilst the shops around you flourish.

Staff needs to understand the rules of each alert level and not send customers to eat out after waiting 15 minutes inside on the table. Under level 2 it's allowed to eat in restaurants as long it's not more than 10 people by table and having a single server.

Takes WAY to long, waiting half an hour for an online order. Why bother to order online in advance if u have to wait 20 mins when you get there? Waste of time
