I think I am going to complain to Immigration against you Area Manager or Manager who is responsible for roasters in the North Shore stores. Forcing people to work more hours than their contract hours, didn’t ask before a week when and how many days staff can work. Staff told them not to provide many hours but Managers/Area Managers are forcing. I am collecting proofs of emails and sending that to Immigration NZ as an ex staff I know they are not resident in our country. We are students and can’t work everyday and whenever you want us to. We are not free 24/7. I will share the voice recordings with management team about how the treat staffs and more details from all formal employees.

Went during a quiet time(Saturday morning 10am). Service was pleasant and efficient. Ordered two beef Thai salads and two juices and all was ready within 10 minutes. Taste of salad was fresh and well seasoned. Juice was also very tasty. Worth a go if you are after a good meal

Literally never had to wait so long to order a smoothie and then an even longer wait to receive it. Would be okay if it was a one off but its every single time. They NEED to hire more staff!!!!
